Its study says that most branded honey has adulteration of added sugar, higher levels of fructose, etc.  

This honey will not be a superfood but will actually have disadvantages like high sugar intake.

This can lead to all health complications like Obesity, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, etc.

But what is the solution? What Can we do?

First of All, it is very important to check the contents of the honey that you buy from the market to avoid buying adulterated honey.

Also, there are many simple tests that can be done on honey samples to check whether the honey is adulterated or not.

Make sure to buy honey that is raw & unprocessed and free from any antibiotics.  

Also, if possible, look for the honey of Wild origin i.e., extracted from the forests;

    I have been suffering from diabetes from a long time. I always thought honey will be better alternative for my lemonade but after reading this blog I am reluctant to use it. I think I am going to switch to organic honey now onwards.
